Do I need to pass KYC to get a card?
No. atiff Card is a no-KYC product. Registration requires only an email address, a password and the name you want printed on the card. There are no documents, selfies or proof-of-address checks.
How do I activate my plan?
Every new account is placed on the Normal plan in an inactive state, with a card already created (details hidden). Deposit at least $50 in crypto, go to Plans in your dashboard and press Activate. On the Normal plan the $50 activation is not a fee — it is added straight to your card as spendable balance. Platinum ($50) and Black ($100) activations are one-time fees deducted from your balance.
Which cryptocurrencies can I deposit?
BTC, ETH, SOL, LTC, XMR, XRP and TRX directly, plus the stablecoins USDT and USDC on seven networks: ETH, BEP20, ROBINHOOD, BASE, POLYGON, OPTIMISM and ARBITRUM. The minimum deposit is $50. A small top-up fee applies depending on your plan (2% Normal, 1% Platinum, 0.3% Black).
How do withdrawals work?
You can withdraw your balance at any time to any external wallet in any of the supported coins and networks. Withdrawals carry a flat 1% fee and the minimum withdrawal is $10.
What are the plan limits and fees?
Normal ($50): $10,000/month spending, 1% ATM fee, 2% top-up fee, $10 per extra card (max 5 cards).
Platinum ($50): $50,000/month spending, 0.75% ATM fee, 1% top-up fee, $10 per extra card.
Black ($100): no spending limit, 0.5% ATM fee, 0.3% top-up fee, $5 per extra card.
Platinum ($50): $50,000/month spending, 0.75% ATM fee, 1% top-up fee, $10 per extra card.
Black ($100): no spending limit, 0.5% ATM fee, 0.3% top-up fee, $5 per extra card.
Can I use Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Yes. As soon as your card is issued you can add it to Apple Pay or Google Pay and pay contactless with your phone, watch or tablet.
Where is the card accepted?
At online merchants worldwide — subscriptions, e-commerce, advertising platforms, hosting, travel and more — plus ATMs internationally. When a purchase is in another currency, conversion happens automatically through the lowest-fee route.
How does login security work?
Every registration and sign-in is confirmed with a one-time code emailed to you. You can additionally enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in Settings — then a code from your authenticator app is required on top of your password and the email code.
I forgot my password. What now?
Use the Forgot password page: enter your email, confirm the one-time code we send you, and choose a new password.
How do I contact support?
From your dashboard open Support and create a ticket — you can have up to two open tickets at a time. Each ticket gets a unique 16-digit ID and a live chat with our support team inside your dashboard.
